Due to the exclusive, custom nature of the Whiskey and Bone VIP Jewelry Box, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Each piece is handmade with care and designed specifically for our VIP members, ensuring that every item is one-of-a-kind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll replace it with a new piece. Please email us at WhiskeyandBone@Gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
