Return Time Frame:
Returns must be sent back to Whiskey and Bone within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 14 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit – No exceptions.
If you change your mind on your item or for whatever reason, your items don’t work out, we will gladly offer you store credit. Email us and let us know that your item(s) didn’t work out and we will let you know what you need to do to move forward. For your order to be processed we have to have your Name and your Order Number. We cannot do anything without these.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Whiskey and Bone. We also won’t pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued.
Exchanges: Due to the way that we do business sometimes it is hard for us to do an exchange. We will do all that we can to help you get the product that you want, but with 98% of our inventory being at our booth inside The Painted Tree, inventory levels may be off. However, our store credit never expires.
Once your item is received at Whiskey and Bone, we will process it and issue you a store credit within 5-7 business days. We will make sure to email you with that info. Store credit doesn’t expire. STORE CREDIT CAN ONLY BE USED ONLINE AND IS NOT VALID IN OUR BOOTH AT THE PAINTED TREE OR AT ANY OTHER STORE LOCATION THAT CARRIES OUR PRODUCTS.

All jewelry, accessories, sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
